Stock status and backorders: Select all product options to see the applicable stock status or production time. If blank bags are backordered, we will confirm the expected availability after reviewing your order and provide updates if it changes.

Custom printing and artwork approval: Logo printing requires a minimum of 500 bags per size. After checkout, send us your logo artwork and, for flexo or foil printing, your preferred ink or foil color. We will confirm the print details and provide an artwork proof for approval. Please check spelling, placement, size, colors, and the number of printed sides carefully. Proof colors shown on a screen are approximations of the finished ink or foil.

Production time: Average production time after final artwork approval is 15 working days from January through August and 20 working days from September through December. Shipping transit time is additional. Production times are estimates; contact us before ordering if you need the bags by a particular date. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after proof approval and production begins.

Samples: Select Sample/1 to evaluate the bag. A printed sample shows previous work in the selected printing method. It will not have your logo and may differ from your selected color or side layout. Samples are non-returnable.

What is included: Bags are sold as empty packaging. Tissue, ribbon, and other accessories shown in photographs are not included unless the product page states otherwise.

Returns for plain, unprinted bags: Return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment and require a return authorization. Bags must be unused, in complete case packs, and in their original cartons. Nondefective returns incur a 25% restocking charge; the buyer pays return freight.

Printed orders are non-returnable. If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the bags and shipping cartons, and provide photographs so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. View Return Requirements.
