Baking Cups

Match the cup style to the dessert, then pick a size that fills the muffin pan without folding over.

• Pleated muffin cups in white, Noble, Naturals, Sweets, Cafe Sweets, Antique, yellow, and silver are the everyday round cup. Sizes run from about 2.0" to 3.1" diameter (3.7 oz to 11.8 oz).
• Ruffled tart cups (3" to 4.7") hold tarts and mini pies. Cube cups (1.6") and square Domino cups (2 x 2 x 3/4") change the bakery-case shape.
• Tulip cups, cream PET and Country House paper tulip, stand taller than a standard fluted cupcake liner.
• Foil baking cups and Danish gold glassine cups cover candy sizes (about 1-1/4" to 1-3/8") and standard 2" cupcake sizes. Pisa printed liners stock tart and muffin sizes. Curled-rim cups add an optional clear lid after baking.

Choose the liner for grease, color, and whether the cup sits in a muffin pan or on a baking sheet.

• Paper baking cups are FDA food safe and bake up to 400 degrees. Set them on a muffin pan, muffin tin, or baking sheet so the round cup holds its shape.
• Greaseproof glassine cupcake liners (Danish, Pisa, Domino) and foil baking cups with a glassine liner resist grease from chocolate and muffins. Foil cups add gold, silver, and other metallic color on the outside.
• PET tulip cups are a rigid plastic cup for a tall dessert. These cups for baking are disposable muffin liners, not cupcake boxes.

You can bake directly in these oven safe cups. Our customers still set them on a pan so the sides stay even.

• Cupcake shops lock one standard size greaseproof or pleated muffin cup for daily cupcakes, then add foil cupcake liners or printed Pisa cups for holidays.
• Grocery bakery and catering kitchens buy Pack/1000 glassine and foil cups, plus Case/480 to Case/1500 paper muffin cups, so a rush does not run out of liners.
• Mini candy cups pack chocolates. Standard 2" cups bake cupcakes. 5.1 oz and 6.8 oz muffin cups bake muffins. Larger 11.8 oz cups and 4.7" ruffled cups handle mini cakes and tarts.
