Backorder Policy: If an item is on backorder, and you are willing to wait until the date the item will be back in stock, you can go ahead and place the order now to secure the inventory we have coming in. This system works much like pre-ordering and many of our customers want to make sure that they secure the amount they need from the future stock we have coming in. Once we process your order, we will confirm the expected in-hand date with you. If anything changes, we will provide updates.

Sold Separately: All Items pictured on our website are sold as empty packaging and sold separately unless stated they are sold together on the page or in the dropdown menu.

Samples Recommended:  Samples can be purchased on our product pages. We always recommend getting a sample first, especially for large orders. Samples help you determine if the packaging will fit your product, the quality of packaging you are looking for to brand your products or store, and to see the item's colors in real life. Samples help reduce returns and the associated restocking fee.
*Only one sample of each item is permitted.
*We may not have the exact item as a sample. However, we will send the size of the item in a different color and a swatch of the color you need, for example.
*Sometimes, samples we send out from our sample room may have a printed logo from a print production we have made.
*Samples are not returnable.

Ground Shipping Transit Times:

To East Coast Destinations is 2-3 Business days.
To Mid West Destinations is 1-3 Business Days.
To West Coast Destinations is 2-4 Business Days.
