Gift Bows

• Choose a peel-and-stick poly star gift bow when the gift wrap station needs the same ready to use bow on every box. We sell them in bulk packs for wholesale gift counters.
• Splendorette star gift bows are already formed. The 3-3/4 inch size has 15 loops of 3/4 inch plastic ribbon in packs of 200; the 2-3/4 inch size has 14 loops of 1/2 inch ribbon for smaller gift bags and boxes. Mini star bows drop to 2 inches with 16 loops for favors.
• A 3-3/4 inch star sits right on a standard box; go larger only for a large gift box.
• A pull bow stays flat until you pull the strings, so it uses less shelf space than a formed star. Bella pom style pull bows from Italy are weatherproof plastic for outdoor work, weddings, and floral.
• Splendorette Magic Butterfly pull bows include an attached ribbon band of 19, 38, or 74 inches so you wrap and finish from one piece.
• Pre-notched poly pom bows ship as a compact hank. Pull the loops out from each side and they round into a 5 inch, 18 loop bow. Pair any of these with matching Splendorette ribbon when you want a wrapped band plus a bow on top.
• Satin self adhesive bows are 3-1/2 inch fabric bows with a stick-on back for gift boxes that should look softer than plastic.

• Use a stretch loop when the gift box should stay closed without tape. The size we print is the circumference of the tied, unstretched loop—a 10 inch loop is 18 inches untied. Matte and metallic stretch loops run 6 to 22 inches for jewelry boxes, candy boxes, and gift card boxes.
• Satin stretch loops use 1/2 inch satin ribbon instead of cord, which our chocolatiers pick when the loop is part of the look. Satin ribbon bow loops with an elastic back are cut to real boxes: a 15 inch loop fits about 4-3/4 x 3-1/4 x 1-3/16 inches.
• Grosgrain twist tie bows are thicker fabric than satin, so they hold a chunky shape on candy bags. Satin twist tie bows, including mini 1-5/8 to 2-1/2 inch sizes, give a smoother ribbon look. Ballet bows are sheer; paper raffia and twine bows read natural on kraft.
• Most twist tie bows are 3-1/2 inches wide with a 4 inch tie. Basket bows jump to 6-1/2 or 8 inches with an 8 inch gold twist tie—the smaller candy bow looks lost on a big gift basket.
• Star of David prints cover Hanukkah bags with the same construction as Christmas gifts.
