Exchanges: In order for our customers to receive merchandise quickly (and without having to wait for the return to be received), we treat exchanges as a return of merchandise. Customers must place a new order on the website to have the new items ship immediately.
Each Manufacturer has a different return policy. Some manufacturers have as short as a 7 day return policy, whereas others have up to a 30 day return policy. No manufacturer's have a return policy over 30 days. If it has been longer than 30 days, unfortunately, the return can not be requested.
The return policy for each manufacturer is located on the "Ordering Info" Tab of the page you ordered the product. Please review the return information for the Item you ordered before filling out this form to make sure you are within the return deadline and so that you understand any other manufacturer requirements such as restocking fees that may be applied.
How to Return:
Please fill out the return request form below to receive a Return Authorization number.

We will provide the address and details of where to return the package (as the package may have shipped direct from our manufacturer due to our wholesale nature.)

Returns will not be accepted without a Manufacturer's Return Authorization Number.

Items that have been assembled for use are not acceptable for a return.

Samples are not acceptable for return.

Orders Shipped Internationally are Final Sale and not acceptable for return.

Seasonal / Holiday Items are Final Sale. This includes items depicting images or representing any holiday, or items sold as seasonal on our webpages. These items can not be returned.

Discontinued items are final sale and not eligible to return.

The Buyer is responsible for return freight charges.

All returns may incur a up to a 20-25% restock fee depending on the Manufacturer. See the Ordering Info Tab of the page that you purchased the product on for the exact percentage.

Once the return is received and inspected by the manufacturer, we will issue a refund to your card or PayPal account.

Please allow 7-14 days upon shipment of your return for the confirmation and credit.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please Note: It is the customers responsibility to Inspect all of the merchandise immediately upon arrival for any unsatisfactory items or damages and to make sure any returns are before any manufacturer's return deadline. If your items appear to be damaged in transport of shipment, if possible, notify your driver before you sign for your items, then contact us immediately. Boxes or bags that have been assembled for use are not acceptable for a return.
Please do not start assembly of your products until all of your items have been inspected.
