Custom Wrapping Paper

Minimums: 25 reams for 1-2 color designs 24” or wider. 50 reams for 3+ color designs.

Paper Types: Standard substrates include 40#C2S, 40# natural kraft, 43# metallic,
42# metallized kraft, 45# laminated foil, 54# holographic, 50#C2S, 55#C2S Recycled (24" only) and 60#C2S.

Colors: PMS numbers, swatches or samples are acceptable for color match. Ink draw downs will be sent for customer approval
prior to printing.

Recolorations: Existing catalog line designs can be recolored, in order to avoid custom cylinder costs. 25 ream minimum applies.

Engraving Set Up Costs: All printing is rotogravure where designs are printed using engraved cylinders. The cost of engraving is
$900.00 per color. When artwork requires manipulation, additional prep charges may apply. Engraving costs are one-time
charges, and repeat orders will not be assessed these charges. Customers will be advised of additional costs before we proceed
with engraving.

Artwork: Although we can accept artwork in many forms, we prefer digital files. Preferred formats are Adobe Photoshop (EPS or
TIFF) for process designs and Adobe Illustrator for line designs.
Our printing cylinders are 24” in circumference, so art may be sized to repeat in any even denomination of 24” (2”, 4”, 6”, 8”, 12”).
Prior to engraving, we will submit a proof for customer approval.

Delivery: Typical delivery on custom printing is 8 weeks after Final Approval is signed. Delivery times may vary according to order
size and complexity.

Custom Converting (Resale Rolls): Stock designs may be converted to resale rolls, sheets or flat packs. The minimum quantity
required is 5 reams per design, per size.

Custom Wrapping Paper

We offer custom made wrapping paper for your store starting with a low
25 ream minimum. We are also able to convert the reams to resale rolls.
