Product Specifications & Prices: Product prices and specifications are based on information available at the time of posting and are subject to change without notice. We Reserve the right to substitute similar merchandise for items that permanently become out of stock due to manufacturer discontinuation. All dimensions, weight and carton counts are subject to standard deviations. Please be aware that product colors may vary slightly according to dye lot.
Product Pricing: We are always looking for better deals from our manufacturers or new manufacturers that can offer better pricing so in turn, we can be cost effective for our customers and stay competitive in our market. Whenever possible we pass our savings on to you, our customer, through lower pricing.
Method of Payment: Currently, we accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. At this time we do not offer credit terms.
Shipping & Handling (General info): Because we represent several manufacturers across the U.S., we may direct ship some items from our manufacturers facility. Therefore, items typically take 7-10 business days for ground delivery. Business days do not include National Holidays. Please Allow several business days for UPS of Fed Ex ground shipping. Please see below for UPS Ground Shipment days in transit. Shipping Rates, with the exception of special limited time promotional offers from Box and Wrap, are calculated based on weight and location by UPS formulas. Order Changes or Cancellations Orders that have been placed over 1 hour old, can not be changed or canceled. Within this time frame, your order has already been sent to our manufacturers and is in progress, and can not be stopped at this point. If you have placed your order within the last hour, there may be a possibility we can change or cancel your order, therefore please fill out the form below. If you need to return the item, you will need to request a Return Authorization number once your item arrives.
If you need a different item other than what is on your existing order or need to add items, you will need to place a new order via our website.
Due to our wholesale nature, we ship direct from our manufactures to offer the lowest wholesale pricing possible. This requires that when we send your order to our manufacturer, we have a very small window of time to adjust any orders before they get entered into their systems, and therefore must impose these requirements, which are listed in our Wholesale Terms and Conditions on our website.
Backordered/Out of stock Items: Sometimes we run out of stock of certain high demand items. We usually restock and receive our supply in a matter of just days (usually under a week) from our various manufacturers. When an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will ship all of the items that you have ordered that are in stock and then ship the rest of your order when we receive our stock. When you receive your shipment verification email, you will see a shipment status for both the items that were shipped and when any out of stock items are expected to be shipped. We do not charge you for additional shipping. We ship the back ordered items with the most cost effective carrier. It could be UPS or FedEx depending on location and package weight. We try our best to continually improve our supply for your product needs.
Custom Orders: Once custom orders are placed they can not be cancelled. Production Times: Stock Bags & Boxes with Logo Imprints in Stock Foils or Inks,with no artwork design or corrections is approximately 4-6 weeks*. Production times could be sooner depending on time of year and demand.
Custom Bags & Boxes: (Custom Colors & Custom Sizes, or Artwork design) is approximately 5-8 weeks after final art and ink approvals. Production times could be sooner depending on time of year and demand.
*Custom orders during high peak seasons such as Christmas may require additional production time than normal. Custom orders for the Christmas holiday are not guaranteed by Christmas if placed after October 15th. Custom sizes of bags and boxes can take up to 12-15 weeks if produced overseas.
Guarantee: We Want You To Be Satisfied! We do our best to buy quality products; however, if you receive a defective product please notify our customer service department immediately. We will replace it or refund your money within 90 days of the invoice date.

Returns Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of "in-stock" merchandise, you may return it to us in new condition and in its original packaging with the full contents within 30 days of the received date for a refund or product exchange.
We do not accept returns after 30 days. All returns incur a 20% restock fee.
Before sending a return, please contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization code and details of where to return the package to as the package may have shipped direct from our manufacturer due to our wholesale nature. All Requests must be in writing to: email@example.com
No Returns will be accepted without an authorization code.
It is the customers responsibility to Inspect all of the merchandise upon arrival for any unsatisfactory items or damages. If your items appear to be damaged in transport of shipment, if possible, notify your driver before you sign for your items, then contact us immediately. Boxes or bags that have been assembled for use are not acceptable for a return. Please do not start assembly of your products until all of your items have been inspected.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Before sending a return, please contact our Customer Service Department for a return authorization code and details of where to return the package to as the package may have shipped direct from our manufacturer due to our wholesale nature. The Buyer is responsible for return freight charges.
Custom Order Return Policy: Once custom orders are made, they can not be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. It is very important to get samples of sizes and color swatches of the boxes or bags before you place any custom order. If we are matching a custom color for you, we will send you a swatch of the color for you to approve before the order goes into production. If you are getting a logo printed on a box or bag, you will receive a proof to sign and approve before any order is produced.

Sales Tax: Currently, with the exception of the state of Georgia, we do not collect sales tax. Since our primary market at this time is small business, It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file use tax with their residing state.
